10:00pm – Candlelight Communion Christmas Eve service the Dayspring Celebration Chorale and orchestra perform; featuring three new pieces: “Fantasy on a French Carol” for orchestra, “Carol of the Field Mice” for choir, oboe, and organ, based on a text from The Wind in the Willows, and a setting for choir and orchestra of “The Infant King,” a haunting Basque carol, filling the sanctuary with beautiful music and the wonder of the season. Together we’ll share in the glow of candlelight, the sacredness of communion, and the joy of gathering as a community to welcome the Christ child. (Tempe & online – watch below)
Christmas Morning Brunch
Join us for our 2nd Annual Christmas Morning Pancake Breakfast from 8am to Noon! Bring a dish to share; we’ll provide pancakes, coffee, and juice. This open house is for anyone looking for community on Christmas Day. We hope to see you at this time of fellowship and food – it’s sure to be a festive time overall!
