Borderlands Produce Rescue
Dayspring’s Arcadia campus hosts a monthly produce distribution event with Borderlands in the parking lot where families can purchase 70lbs of rescued produce for $15. Help us address both food and environmental justice in one morning! If you are looking for a chance to serve, please consider joining us there one Saturday morning a month – currently the fourth Saturday – to help sort produce, pack boxes and load cars! Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive
Every year, our Children’s ministry hosts a Thanksgiving food drive to benefit the United Food Bank. In 2025, we expanded this effort to support FOUR different organizations. Because of you, we were able provide approximately 11,483 meals to those in need through these wonderful partners!
- United Food Bank in Mesa (which received the majority of
the donations) - Organized Solidarity Collective, supporting at-risk community members and displaced families

- Town of Guadalupe Community Action Program
Second Sunday Food Drives
We hold a food drive the second Sunday of every month. More than 40 families are now being served every week because of what our community brings through our doors. Children are eating. Parents can breathe a little easier. Recently, a father held in detention got word to us that knowing his children were being fed had lifted an enormous weight from his shoulders. That one message says everything about why this work matters.
The most needed items right now are cereal and oatmeal, dried beans and rice, applesauce, peanut butter, pasta and sauce, and canned tomatoes. Bring what you can. Every contribution counts.
Fourth Sunday Food Drives
We hold a food drive the fourth Sunday of every month. Always needed: canned meat and meals, peanut butter, canned fruit and vegetables, cereal, dry rice and beans, dry milk, and “helpers”. Your donations help feed our neighbors here in Tempe through the Tempe Community Action Agency!
